Is there a way of determining or confirming having been polluted by shedding ? I heard there may be a blood test coming out (perhaps from McCullough) that could confirm if you have circulating spike in your system.

As for shedding, I recall Dr Fynn saying she knew from very early on that it was real, based on an anecdotal case she knew of involving a female roommate at a military college who was required to stay in her room for an extended period while exposed to other jabbed roommates. This unjabbed person supposedly experienced severe adverse effects due to exposure.

Shedding is a known biological mechanism that occurs with microorganisms, among other things. It’s one way illness spreads, with a well-known example being the shedding of Salmonella typhi (the causative organism in typhoid fever) in urine.

As for testing, unfortunately, I am not aware of any at this time other than the live blood analysis being performed by researchers. Whether or not one can confirm this, it’s generally beneficial to promote the body’s natural detox mechanisms such as autophagy. I mentioned this in another comment. Two known ways to increase autophagy are fasting (including intermittent) and supplementing with the amino acid glycine, which also has numerous other powerful benefits. Glycine is needed for the body to synthesize glutathione, which is the most potent exogenous antioxidant. Taking steps to reduce/eliminate inflammation is also very therapeutic since circulating spike protein causes chronic inflammation and accounts for a good deal of its destructiveness.

Thanks for this. I’ve come across a lot in the past year regarding the benefits of intermittent fasting and autophagy, so I hope to someday try it out. Regarding glutathione, my understanding is repeat infections will deplete the body’s levels markedly, and that supplementing as you say is vital.

This was an interesting discussion from the other day which touched on spike clearance or detox strategies, and autophagy is discussed briefly in the last 15 mins (in particular how/why it may not be so benign when it comes to spike).

Other detox strategies we’re seeing these days (ie: natto, bromelin, etc) may also be problematic, as discussed elsewhere in the stream, and during a stream before that with Christie Grace.

Cheers.
