I had the same visceral reaction to the image of her face that I would have had if I had scrolled unexpectedly onto an image of gore, like an evisceration, or ... Other stuff that you can probably imagine, but don't want to.
It seems to me that there is something in the faces of these entities (supposedly Human, still, maybe) that just absolutely projects evil. It cannot quite be quantified, or even qualified, but it's visible in a photograph in a way that I could not define.
There are quite a few of them like this, though it seems as though there's a hierarchy to them in some way. Pelosi and John Podesta are the only two that I've had a profound and unexpected visceral reaction to, but Hillary Clinton and Anthony Fauci are so bad that I have a hard time looking at the images of them, so it could just be that I'm used to it for some of them.
