I don't believe in cruel and unusual punishment. Also, I am outlining the flaws in their thinking rather than proposing to enact the retributive violence of a tribal society.

Yes, but at what point does the retributive violence of a tribal society, become highly warranted ?? What level of evil must they reach before that occurs?
That level was reached long ago! we just haven't reached the level of knowledge and understanding to react to that level of evil and say enough is enough!
Self defense is always warranted. The problem is that extreme malice and evil is hidden behind lies that are believed by the public and the authors and agents of murder are obscured to us. The theoreticians and fluffers of these programs are certainly guilty but seeking them out for execution would seem to put us on the same level as them. Ideally, we'd have a system of justice that doles out proportional punishment, but it seems farfetched given the current corruption of our institutions. Nevertheless it would be something to aspire towards.
But what would be the proportional punishment for global genocide ?? It might seem that seeking them out for summary execution is not stern enough. With literally everything being captured, the courts will fail and it will get so bad that the masses rise in rage and the carnage ensues, .... or we remain totally enslaved ever after, ... and That carnage ensues.
Proportional to the role. There was no single person, organization or entity that conducted genocide. There were many participants and many roles. Does your local pharmacist deserve to be stoned to death as you suggest? They played a minor role. On the other hand, the CDC's Walensky went on TV and assured pregnant women that they should get injected. That is a major crime.
People who were employed under contracts to target whistleblowers and those that created policies to suppress disclosures under the guise of "combatting misinformation" underpinned the conspiracy. They did this knowingly and in the belief that their view was the one that overrode others' rights.
That must be considered on a par with war crimes given the context
So some people who played minor roles when refusing to provide informed consent on global genocide, should get a different punishment than others who played a more major role, but were doing the same thing ? Has "I was just following orders" now become a perfectly viable defense?
The punishment isn't something I particularly want to see, it's just that I feel like it is coming no matter what, at some point. They won't stop, and that is what drives my belief that things very well could get right dicey.

The definition of Powder Keg?
When it hits it may strike like lightning.

The suspense will be great.
